She was buried at Marychurch, Torquay. The church was bombed in 1943 and the interior completely destroyed, as were all the memorial tablets. Before this time a memorial tablet existed to the memory of Lady Louis as follows:
"Sacred to the memory of
JAQUETE
Widow of Rear Admiral Sir Thomas Louis.,
Who departed this life,
Tenderly beloved and lamaented by her children
and sincerely esteemed and regretted by her friends,
On the 13th day of October, 1824
Aged 72 years."
