"Mr Woollcombe left home on Wednesday morning of last week in the best of spirits for a foreign tour. He stayed on route with friends at Chislehurst. During dinner on thursday evening he suddenly dropped from his chair dead from heart failure. Mrs Woollcombe who was still at Ashbury was telegraphed for, and she, with his medical adviser, Dr. G. V. Burd of Okehampton at once proceeded to Chiselhurst. Dr. Burd could at once certify as to the cause of death. ....."
