In No 302 Col 2 for 'Ernle Amyatt Amyatt Burney' read 'Ernle Kerr Amyatt Burney'. Corrected on 7th May 1912 by me Thomas Warlock Superintendent Registrar on production of a Statutory Declaration made by Horace Amyatt Burney and Caroline Margaritta de Haga Haig.

BURNEY Deceased.
Pursuant to the Statute 22nd and 23rd Victoria chapter
35 intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of
Property and to relieve Trustees." NOTICE is hereby given that all creditors and other
persons having any debts claims or demands
against the estate of Ernie Kerr Amyatt Amyatt Burney
of 16 Chester-square in the county of Middlesex a Colonel
in Her Majesty's Army (who died on the 2nd day of
February 1897 intestate and letters of administration
of whose personal estate and effects were granted to
Clara Edith Amyatt Burney the lawful widow and.
relict of the said deceased by the Principal Registry of
the Probate Division of Her Majesty's High Court of
Justice on the 4th day of March 1897) are hereby required
to send particulars in writing of their debts
claims or demands to us the undersigned as Solicitors'to
the said administratrix on or before the 1 st day of J une
1897 and notice is hereby farther given that at the expiration
of that time the said administratrix will proceed
to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the
parties entitled thereto having regard only to the debts
claims and demands of which she shall then have had
notice and that she will not be liable for the assets or
any part thereof so distributed to any person or persons
of whose debt claim or demand she shall not -then have
had notice.-Dated this 8th day of April 1897.
