Copy of Julia's Will I JULIA POOLE at present residing at No 4 Belmont Villas portswood in the county of Southampton widow hereby revoke all former Wills and testamentary dispositions made by me and declare this to be my last will and Testament I appoint The Reverend Edward Amyatt Amyatt-Burney of Babcary Rectory Somerton in the county of Somerset Clerk in Holy Orders and The Reverend Thomas Frederick Bigg of Isleworth in the county of Middlesex Clerk in Holy Orders EXECUTORS of this my Will I give to Ellen Maria Emily Poole the widow of Edwin Poole late Colonel in the Royal Marines all my wearing apparel and personal ornaments And I devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate not hereby otherwise disposed of unto my executors Upon trust that my executors shall In their absolute discretion sell oall in and convert into money the same or such part thereof as shall not consist of money and after payment thereout of my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts shall stand possessed of the residue thereof upon trust to pay thereout to my son Robert Alfred Poole now residing at Canton South Dakota In the United States of America the sum of three hundred pounds if he should be living at my death but should he predecease me then Upon trust to pay thereout to his widow the sum of two hundred pounds and to his child Luoy Poole the sum of one hundred pounds and I direct my Executors to stand possessed of the residue of my estate Upon trust to transfer or pay the sum to the said Ellen Maria Emily Pools to whom I give the same absolutely.
